For do extremely well in life, you essentially need self-motivation. You must know how to motivate yourself and keep your spirit high no matter how disappointing a condition is.
Then you get the power to lead your team or employee or other’s.  Please remember this is my personal opinion. Here are several tips I’ve found to be effective to build self motivation . Don’t think look like you must do it in mlm or other sector. And this is the second part of my previous one.
Training. Give good guideline all of them. Even if some are minor. Prepare them for fight. Fight against failure fight against ineffective and etc. Keep them training then they know how to do their best. Remember training never finish, maintain it timely and you will see the exacting potency of them. So go with training for long time vision and upgrade your business.
Excellent working environment: You must need a very good working environment.    Your work place is very important to the way of employee feel about it. They feel good and sometimes it motivates or it has effect on their mind. Remain your office look nice. It’s also costly but not more the your business. Look your walls, furniture, plants etc and interior. Are they fresh?
Are your working environment are good for young lady? Keep it in your mind and do exactly what they want.

For big success you need other rally round and help. It is not only in mlm but every places you work around. And for this you need empower your leader shipment. You must show the way that’s other never does. Nobody will grow up himself higher if there is not back push from your follower. The surrounding peoples of your side keep you top if you have ticks and trips for help and that’s leader do. So you must capture ticks for your follower. If you can use your ticks timely then you will else! you better. Remember Knowledge is powerful when it’s use. Everybody can have knowledge but everyone is not leader. Someone speak truth, he is trustworthy but not leader. Teacher teaches us but he is not a leader. Someone write a book then he is a writer but not leader. The human of the World are changing so fast. We are so busy to do our job. We do our best in our workstation. We almost invest 8 to 10 hour in a day. Some of us do more for overtime. This is also bad in 3rd world country. They give effort more but income less. Now, why there are different a engineer to engineer, doctor to doctor and etc. Its true in country wise that they have some different technically but not so far.
There are simple question, How many hour in a day? Off course 24. Now how many hours do you work in a day? 6, 8 or 10 or highest 12. Very good.
Look if you do hard that means you can do only 12 hours in a day, right? Huh! Why you do hard? I now causes you want to live better. That’s fine!
For rich to poor, President to people, Doctor to Engineer, Teacher to student and more, everybody of us have 24 hours a day. You wish to go for enjoy with your girlfriend but you don’t have time, You want to go visiting the attractions with your family but you haven’t time etc. So time is the main key. If it is why not we do our time management?
